- High water hardness levels were impacting washing efficiency and equipment performance.
- Continuous and reliable operation was required to support large-scale industrial laundry processes.
- The project required a fully automated system capable of ensuring consistent water quality.

**Magnor Solution:**

Magnor installed a water softening system with cationic resin softeners and automated brine production and a control and an instrumentation system The complete system includes:

- Three Ø84 in. x 84 in. painted steel tanks
- Cationic resin
- Stainless steel piping
- Butterfly valves and instrumentation
- Control panel and remote panels
- 20T saturator (PP tank with float, collectors and distribution piping)
