**Project Overview**:

- The lake water at Jean Doré Beach on Île-Notre-Dame needed to be treated to ensure the public could swim there safely.
- The presence of suspended particles was hindering the disinfection process of the recirculated water, and thus affecting the overall water quality and clarity.
- The project required a high-capacity filtration system capable of maintaining consistent water quality prior to disinfection.
- Operational reliability and performance were essential due to public use and seasonal demand.
