- Effluents generated from pharmaceutical operations required pH neutralization prior to discharge.
- The project was part of a new plant that needed to respect regulatory requirements at the beginning of its operations,
- The project required a high-capacity system capable of handling variable flow conditions.
- Integration of automation and instrumentation was essential to ensure operational reliability.

Our solution is a neutralization system with a two-step process including:

- Pre-neutralization rectangular tank (144 in. x 72 in. stainless steel tank)
- Main neutralization rectangular tank (144 in. x 72 in. stainless steel tank)
- Automated injection systems
- Agitation systems for proper mixing
- Transfer pump Control panel with integrated instrumentation (Allen Bradley)
- pH monitoring (three probes)
